The lean thing is probably cause its sputtering/missfiering.
If it doesnt burn right unburnt air is passing through the exhaust and thats what the O2 picks up. So normal.Did you check fuelpressure with or without the vacumtube connected? Needs to be without. If you set pressure with line attached you will run rich. But this is assuming you got a adjustgable FPR. Cant se it mentioned tho. It might be a few pinched injector o-rings. You bypassed Selin you say. But if that is set to average and your chip is programmed for it, you run into trouble if you only flick the switch on the selin. Are the narrowbands connected still or did you toss them and just use the WB`s narrowbans simulator? Or is the WB completly on its own? Is it calibrated? Do you only have one? If yes, did you try it on the other side? Didnt leave rags in the intake now, did you Ty? Adjusted your tps? Checked that you didnt mess up the timingbelt? What injectors are you using? Dont meen size but brand. Not deatchwerks or venom or some crap like that?
